Stir Fry Pork with CilantroStir Fry Pork with Cilantro

I've always been treating cilantro as seasoning, until I has a dish in a Chinese restaurant. They used cilantro as one of the ingredients in that dish! And it tasted good. That's the time I started thinking if I can actually cook cilantro.

Ingredients:

pork, cilantro, seasoning.

Method:

1. Cut pork into long thin strips, mix with a little bit cooking wine, set aside.

2. Clean cilantro, drain, cut into inch-long strips.

3. Heatup skillet, add cooking oil.

4. Pour pork into skillet, contantly stirring until pork just change color.

5. Add cilantro into skillet, stir until cilantro get tender.

6. Add seasoning to taste, mix well.

7. Done.
