I'm a Chinese, moved to United States from China. It's hard to find a restaurant serving real Chinese food where I live, so I started to learn cooking. Soon after that, I found out that I really enjoy cooking. Meantime, I had a hard time to find real homecooking recipes. Most of the recipes I could find are for professional cooking, so I decided to start collecting my own recipes. One thing I have to mention is I hardly give the exact weight on ingredients, because that comes from experience, also, everybody likes different taste, so especially on seasoning, everything is to your taste. |
