Watermelon Peel Salad with Carrot
I bought a watermelon. The peel is pretty thick at the end. I don't want to waste it, so I decided to cook something with it.
Ingredients: watermelon peel, carrot, sesame seed, seasoning.
Method: 1. Cut the red and green part off the watermelon peel, only keep the light green part. Grate it. 2. Peel the carrot, then grate. 3. Heatup the skillet, cook the sesame seed on low heat until it start changing color, then remove from heat. 4. Bring some water to boil, cook watermelon peel and carrot for half a minute, take out, rinse with running water, drain. 5. Transfer them to plate, add seasoning or sauce to taste.
