I've tried several ways to cook tofu and shrimp together. Now is steaming. Actually, it turns pretty good. Healthy and taste good, we can't expect more, can we?
Ingredients: tofu, raw shrimp, garlic, ketchup, hot sauce, salt.
Method: 1. Peel the shrimp, clean and rinse, drain. 2. Cut tofu into thick slices, about 1/4 inch. 3. Mince garlic. 4. Mix garlic and seasoning together. 5. Put tofu in a container for steaming, then lay shrimp on top. 6. Spoon the seasoning mix on top of tofu and shrimp. 7. Steaming for 10 minutes. I steamed 15 minutes, shrimp taste overcooked, so 10 minutes should be OK.
