Stir Fried Rice with Potherb MustardStir Fried Rice with Potherb Mustard

 

I bought some potherb mustard, but it's so salty. In China, people normally cook it with ground meat, then sever as pasta sauce. I decided to give it a try to cook it with something else.

 

Ingredients:

cooked rice, potherb mustard, ham, egg, green onion, seasoning

 

Method:

1. Chop potherb mustard, ham and green onion.

2. Beat eggs with a little bit cooking wine, set aside.

3. Heatup skillet, add some cooking oil, keep stirring while cooking, when eggs get firm, transfer to plate, set aside.

4. Add oil to skillet again, cook rice until hot, transfer to plate, set aside.

5. Add some more cooking oil, cook ham on medium high heat for two minutes, then add potherb mustard to skillet, keep cooking for another two minutes.

6. Add cooked rice and eggs to skillet, cook together.

7. Meantime, add seasoning to your taste, constantly stir.

8. Add 2-3 tablespoon water into skillet, mix well.

9. Add green onion to skillet, cook for one minute.

10. Remove from heat, cover with lid for two minutes.

11. Serve when it's hot.
