Potherb Mustard（雪菜/雪里蕻）

Potherb Mustard is very popular in China.

Potherb Mustard showing in the picture is the pickled type, very very salty. People normally cut it into little tiny pieces, then cook with meat.

This is not my favorite vegetable, but I buy it once a while.
