Needlemushroom Salad with Dried Laver
I love needlemushroom. The only part I don't like is you have to cook them right away. Otherwise, they won't be fresh no more.
Ingredients: needlemushroom, dried laver, cilantro, hot pepper sauce, seasoning.
Method: 1. Cut the root of needlemushroom, cook in boiling water until tender. 2. Rinse mushroom with running tab water, drain well, squeeze the water out. 3. Clean cilantro, drain, then cut into strips. 4. Cut dried laver into strips. 5. Mix mushroom, laver and cilantro together. 6. Mix the seasoning and hot pepper sauce together, then mix with mushroom mixture. I used vinegar, salt, blackpepper and sesame seed oil.
