Stir Fried Napa with Pothern Mustard
I bought pothern mustard back a while ago, and still have some. So now one of my goals is get rid of it quicker. To do that, the only way would be cook it more often.
Ingredients: napa leaves, pothern mustard, dried red pepper, seasoning.
Method: 1. Chop pothern mustard into little pieces. 2. Cut dried pepper short. 3. Tear napa leaves into smaller pieces. 4. Heatup skillet, add cooking oil, cook dried pepper on medium high heat until pepper start changing color. 5. Add pothern mustard into skillet, adjust heat to higher, constantly stirring for 2 minutes. 6. Add napa leaves into skillet, adjust heat to high, constantly stirring until leaves got soften. 7. Add seasoning to your taste. I added salt, sugar and vinegar. Because pothern mustard is really salty, so you need much less salt.
