Teriyaki ChickenTeriyaki Chicken

 

I never liked Teriyaki Chicken when I ate that at Chinese restaurant. Until one day I cooked some ribs with Teriyaki Sauce. They tasted a lot better than I thought. So I started cooking meat with teriyaki sauce, it's quick and easy.

 

Ingredients:

Chicken Legs, Teriyaki Sauce, seasoning.

 

Method:

1. Cut chicken legs into pieces.

2. Heat skillet, add a little bit cooking oil.

3. Put all the chicken pieces into skillet, cook until they start changing color.

4. Add cooking wine to skillet, keep stirring until chicken's half way done.

5. Add teriyaki sauce to skillet, and seasoning to taste.

6. Keep stirring until all the chicken pieces got teriyaki sauce on them.

7. Add a little tiny bit of water, mix well, simmer until chicken's done.
