I love these type of bread stick. Of all the types of bread, I'd say this is my best favorite kind.
Ingredients: Dough: 12" x 18" baking pan.
Method: 1. Mix yeast and sugar, combine with warm water, mix well, then set aside for several minutes. 3. Mix salt and flour. 4. Add flour to yeast mixture, knead to make a smooth dough. 5. Please dough in a grease bowl, set aside for 30 minutes. 6. Place foil on top of baking pan, then spray the baking pan with non-stick spray. You don't have to use foil. I did because I didn't want to wash the baking pan. 7. Punch dough down, place on baking pan. The dough's really easy to handle by hand, so I did not use my roller. 8. Mix everything for topping but the salad dressing. 9. Brush salad dressing on top of dough, then sprinkle the seasoning. 10. Set dough aside for another 30 minutes. 11. Preheat oven to 450 degree. With this temperature, the surface is really crispy. If you don't like this, you can adjust the temperature to 350. I baked 12 minutes. 13. Cut into strips.
