Steaming Noodle with Bean and RibSteaming Noodle with Bean and Rib

 

This is one of my favorite dishes. I'm not a bean person, but I started like eating bean after I ate this. Now the main reason for me to buy beans is because I want cook this dish.

 

Ingredients:

ribs, beans, roasted peanuts, noodle, root ginger, garlic, green onion, seasoning to taste.

 

Method:

1. Cut ribs into small pieces, put into cold water in a sauce pan, heat to boil.

2. Take all the ribs out.

3. Clean the sauce pan, put in cold water, heat to boil again.

4. While waiting, wash out ribs with warm water, let them drain.

5. Put ribs into the boiled water, add some cooking wine and a little bit sugar and vinegar, also ginger, garlic and green onion, bring to boiling again, then simmer for 30-40 minutes.

When this step is done, you can pickup all the ginger, garlic and green onion, throw away. Or you can use powder, so you can skip this.

6. While waiting, clean bean, then drain.

7. Add beans to pan, then add seasoning such as salt, soybean oil, etc to taste, mix well, simmer for 10 minutes.

8. Meantime, cook noodle until well done.

If you're using fresh noodle, you can skip this step.

9. Put noodle on top of beans and ribs, simmer for 15 minutes.

10. Mix everything well.

11. Put some peanuts on top of the plate. Done.
