Stir Fried White Mushroom with LuffaStir Fried White Mushroom with Luffa

 

I have to eat some vegetables every day, otherwise I'd feel I missed something. White mushroom and luffa are my vegetables for today.

 

Ingredients:

luffa, white mushroom, oyster sauce, seasoning.

 

Method:

1. Slice mushroom into thick slices.

2. Chop luffa into big pieces.

3. Heatup skillet, add some cooking oil, cook mushroom until mushroom start getting soften.

4. Add luffa into skillet, constantly stirring until luffa get tender.

5. Add oyster sauce and seasoning into skillet, mix well.

I normally only use salt and sugar when I cook vegetables.

6. Transfer to plate, serve when hot.
