I heard about baked vegetables a lot before, but I never thought it would be really good. This time I decided to give it a try and found out it's a lot better than what I thought. I'll do it again.
Ingredients: bacon, winter melons, eggplants, tomatoes, garlic, seasoning.
1. Line baking pan with foil. 2. Chop tomotoes into little pieces. 3. Mince garlic. 4. Heatup skillet, add cooking oil, cook garlic on medium high heat for about 2 minutes. Before it turns golden brown. 5. Add tomato into skillet, cook until tender. 6. Add seasoning to your taste. I used salt, sugar, black pepper, and some ketchup. 7. Preheat oven to 400 degree. 8. Cut vegetables into long strips, then wrapped with bacon. 9. Line vegetables in baking pan, covered with foil, back for 50 minutes. 10. Serve when hot.
