with Eggs and Dried Shrimp
Tofu is one of my favorite ingredients. I can cook tofu with anything, and I can eat tofu for every meal.
Ingredients: one box of tofu, 2 eggs, some dried shrimp (optional), 2 sticks of green onion, seasoning.
Method: 1. Chop green onion into small pieces. I prepared 3 eggs, but only used 2. 3. Squeeze tofu with your hands, until you don't see big pieces of tofu. 4. Add beaten egg, mix well. 5. Heatup skillet, add oil, cook dried shrimp until you can smell it. 6. Add tofu mixture into skillet, constantly stir for several minutes, until all the mixture turn into firm little pieces. 7. Add chopped green onion and seasoning into pan, cook until green onion get tender, transfer into plate. The only seasoning I used was salt. If you don't use dried shrimp, you might want to add more seasoning to your taste.
