I love dishes cooked with eggs, especially stir fried eggs. It's similar to scrambled eggs, but eggs cooked in Chinese way is more firm. Of course they taste different, too.
Ingredients: egg, bacon, green onion, seasoning to taste.
Method: 1. Cut bacon into little pieces. 2. Cut green onion into little pieces. 3. Mix a little tiny bit cooking wine and salt to egg, beat well. If you don't beat well, it's fine. Actually, it will be more colorful. 4. Heat the skillet, add a little bit oil if needed. 5. Saute bacon until half way done. 6. Add green onion to pan, cook for one minute, keep stirring. 7. Add egg to pan, keep stirring until egg's firm. I like overcooked eggs, so mine's always darker
