Stir Fried Beannoodle with Headed Shrimp (有头虾炒粉条)
It's my first time to put these two together. It tastes good, at least to me. The only thing is you have to use the headed shrimp, because we need the flavor from shrimp head.
Ingredients: headed shrimp, beannoodle, seasoning.
Method: 1. Soak beannoodle with cold water for at least one hour, then change water to hot water for several minutes, until beannoodle got tender, remove from water, drain. You need make sure you finish up with beannoodle right before you're ready to cook it. 2. Peel shrimps except the head and tail. 3. Cut shrimps up at back, throw away the "black vein". 4. Rinse shrimps with running water, drain, then wipe off with paper towel. 5. Heatup skillet, add cooking oil, cook beannoodle until heat throughly. 6. Add shrimp into skillet, cook until shrimp change color. Constantly stir while cooking. 7. Add salt to your staste, then add several tbsp water into skillet, heatup to boiling. 8. Adjust heat to medium, cook until all the liquid's almonst gone. Stir, but not very often. 9. Transfer to plate, serve when hot.
