Stir Fry Shrimp with Bacon and TomatoStir Fry Shrimp with Bacon and Tomato

 

I saw this recipe in a magazine, and fell in love with it right away. But I didn't have green bellpepper while I wanted to cook it, so I decided to replace it with green onion.

 

Ingredients:

raw shrimp, bacon, tomato, green onion, seasoning.

 

Method:

1. Peel shrimp, cut the back open, and clean the black strip. Then rinse shrimp, dry with paper towel.

2. Cut bacon into small pieces.

3. Cut onion into short strip, cut tomato into big pieces.

4. Heatup the skillet, cook bacon until dripping's enough to cook the whole dish. Transfer bacon to plate, set aside.

5. Cook shrimp with dripping until shrimp turn to pink, transfer to plate, set aside.

6. Now cook green onion with dripping until tender, transfer to plate, set aside.

7. Cook tomato for a little while.

8. Pour shrimp, bacon and green onion back into skillet, add seasoning to your taste, constantly stirring until mix well.

9. Serve with rice.
