This tastes a lot better than what I had in mind. I was just trying to cook daikon in a different way, and I think this is the best I ever tried with daikon.

 

Ingredients:

daikon, ground pork, egg, flour, bread crumbs, seasoning.

 

Method:

1. Add seasoning into pork, mix well.

If pork is too dry, you can add a little bit water or chicken broth, as little as possible.

2. Slice daikon into slices, make sure every two slices are connected, not cut through.

4. Put bread crumbs in a bowl.

5. Spoon some pork into daikon slices.

6. Heat the deep fryer to 375 degree.

7. Put daikon slices in batter bowl, then in bread crumbs bowl, make sure daikon Stuffed Daikon with Pork (Deep Fry)slices are covered by bread crumbs.

8. Deep fry daikon slices until golden brown.

9. Drain, then serve.
