with Bacon and Dried Shrimp
I didn't like daikon when I was young, but lately, it becomes my favorite.
Ingredients: daikon, bacon, dried shrimp, seasoning.
Method: 1. Chop bacon into thin strips. 2. Peel daikon, then shredded into long thin strips. 3. Heatup saute pan, add bacon into pan, cook bacon until you have some dripping in pan. 4. Transfer bacon into plate, set aside. 5. Cook dried shrimp with dripping until you can smell shrimp. 6. Add daikon into pan, cook until tender. 7. Add bacon back into pan, add seasoning, mix well. 8. Cook until daikon's soften, and you think daikon's done.
