Stir Fry Potato with Hot PepperStir Fry Potato with Hot Pepper

 

I like spicy hot dishes. So we eat lots of hot peppers every year, dry and fresh.

 

Ingredients:

hot pepper, potato, bacon, seasoning.

 

Method:

1. Peel potato, then slice, rinse with running water, drain.

2. Cut pepper to any shape you like.

3. Cut bacon to half-a-inch wide.

4. Heatup skillet, no oil added. Add bacon in pan, cook on medium high.

5. Cook bacon until you got enough dripping to cook the whole dish, transfer bacon to plate, set aside.

6. Cook potato and pepper together, adjust stove to higher heat, until potato turned color.

Raw potato and cooked potato got different color, if you ever noticed.

7. Add seasoning to skillet, keep cooking.

8. Add bacon back into skillet, Constantly stirring until patato's completely done.
