Stir Fry Potato with Bacon and CeleryStir Fry Potato with Bacon and Celery

 

I bought a bag of potatoes. I don't know how quick American families can eatup those bagged potatoes, but I know it takes a long time for us to finishup that bag.

 

Ingredients:

bacon, potato, celery, seasoning.

 

Method:

1. Cut bacon into thin strips.

2. Grate potato and celery.

3. Heatup skillet, cook bacon until it just start changing color, transfer to plate, set aside.

4. Cook potato and celery in dripping until potato's almost done.

5. Add bacon back into skillet, then add seasoning to taste.

6. Keep cooking until potato's complete done.
