Baked Potato with Bacon and Cheese
I saw a similar dish online, and fell in love with it. Of course when I cooked it, I made some change. I think it's a good change, more tasty. Only one thing, I should use shorter potato. It would have more pretty look if I did so.
Ingredients: potato, bacon, grated cheese, black pepper, hot pepper powder, vegetable oil.
Method: 1. Peel the potato, and cut into slices. Make sure you don't cut through. I put a pair of chopsticks beside the potato when I cut it. 2. Rinse potato, and drain well. 3. Cut bacon into small pieces. 4. Mix black pepper and hot pepper powder, add a little bit vegetable oil, mix well. 5. Add bacon to seasoning, mix well. 6. Put bacon between potato slices, make sure you put some there between each slices. 7. Preheat oven to 350 degree. 8. Bake potato for 20 minutes. 9. Take potato out, sprinkle some cheese on top, then put it back to top of the oven, broil for 5 minutes.
