I use to mix egg and flour together when I cooked this. This time, I wanted to try something different, so I did the egg and flour seperately. I think it taste better this way, because I can taste more egg flavor.

 

Ingredients:

flour, egg, green onion, seasoning.

 

Method:

1. Chop green onion, mix with a little bit salt, set aside.

2. Mix flour with seasoning, add same amount water, stir well to thin batter.

For water, every cup of flour, I'd use one cup of water.

3. Beat eggs really good.

4. Add green onion into batter, mix well.

5. Heatup skillet, add a little bit cooking oil, adjust heat to medium high.

7. When bottom of sheet get a little bit golden brown, roll it up to a stick, push to side of skillet.

8. Spoon some beaten egg into skillet, start from the stick, form a sheet, too.

9. When egg get firm, roll the stick again to form a thicker stick.

10. Repeat step 6-9 until you got the size you want.

Add cooking oil whenever needed.

Pancake Roll with Egg and Green Onion11. When you work on the last layer, after everything's firm, brush a little bit batter or egg on the edge, then roll the stick before it gets firm, put seam down, cook a little bit to make sure it's done, then transfer to cutting board.

12. Cut the stick into pieces, set the cutting side up, squeeze some ketchup on top.

13. Serve when hot.
