Pancake with Bacon and Chineses Chive
I planted some chive in flower pot, now I have chive to cook every two weeks. Not many, but enough for one meal.
Ingredients: dry yeast, sugar, flour, bacon, Chinese chive, seasoning.
1. Mix 2 teaspoon yeast and same amount sugar, then mix with warm water, set aside for 10 minutes. 2. Add flour into yeast mixture, form a smooth dough, set aside. 3. Chop bacon into small pieces, saute for several minutes. Before bacon get crispy, remove from heat, let it cool. 4. Chop chive, then mix with bacon. 5. Roll dough into a big sheet, sprinkle with some seasoning such as salt and black pepper, then sprinkle with bacon and chive. 6. Roll sheet into a big roll, then chop into several small pieces. 7. Twist and press each piece to form a pancake. 8. Set skillet on medium low heat, pan fry pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
