Pancake with Bacon and Zicchinni
I love those pancakes (crepe) with vegetable. Of course, with some meat would be even better.
Ingredients: flour, zicchinni, bacon, egg, seasoning
Method: 1. Cut bacon into really thin strips. 2. Heatup skillet, no oil added. Cook bacon until it just start changing color. Remove from heat, cool. 3. Mix bacon and dripping and zicchini together. 4. Add seasoning to your taste, mix well. 5. Add eggs to the mixture, mix well. 6. Add flour little by little to the mixture, until you get a not-too-thick batter. Add water if needed. 7. Heatup the skillet, spray. Pour some batter to skillet, flat. 8. Turn over when batter get firm. 9. Transfer to plate when both sides get golden brown.
