I'm not a pancake fan, but I heard a lot about buttermilk pancake. Everybody at work loves the buttermilk pancake, so I decided to give a try. It is good, but I'm still not a pancake fan.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 3 cups buttermilk 2 eggs in room temperature 3 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoon sugar 4 tablespoon butter in room temperature
Method: 1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. 2. Melt butter. 3. Beat eggs. 4. Mix butter, eggs and buttermilk. 5. Mix everything together. You'll see bubbles, it's normal. 6. Pour 4oz batter to grittle, 2 inches away from each other. 7. When pancake has bubbles on top, and edges get slightly dry, flip over. 8. Cook until it's golden brown on bottom.
