Stir Fried Oyster Mushroom with Pork and PepperStir Fried Oyster Mushroom

with Pork and Pepper

 

Oyster Mushroom is my favorite mushroom, better than any other kind. I love to stir fry oyster mushroom with meat, along with some hot pepper, just as shown in picture.

 

Ingredients:

pork, egg white, corn starch, oyster mushroom, green and red hot pepper, seasoning.

 

Stir Fried Oyster Mushroom with Pork and PepperMethod:

1. Put oyster mushroom into boiling water, keep water boiling until mushroom get tender.

2. Rinse mushroom with running water, squeeze all the water out, set aside.

3. Chop pork into thin slices, then mix with some egg white, then mix with corn starch.

4. Chop pepper into pieces, rinse with running water to get rid of seeds.

5. Heatup skillet, add cooking oil, cook pork until no pink. Add a little bit cooking wine, vinegar and soybean oil, mix well, transfer pork into plate, set aside.

6. Add some oil into skillet, cook pepper and mushroom until pepper just start getting tender.

7. Put pork back into skillet, add salt and pepper to your taste, keep stirring for about two minutes.

8. Transfer to plate, serve when hot.
