with Bacon and Hot Pepper
Among all the mushrooms, oyster mushroom is my favorite kind. The only thing is you have to cook it with some fat to get better taste, otherwise it won't taste that good, at least to me it's like this.
Ingredients: oyster mushroom, bacon, hot pepper (any kind), seasoning.
Method: 1. Clean oyster mushroom, cook in boiling water until tender, rinse with running water, drain well. 2. Cut and hot pepper bacon into pieces. 3. Heatup skillet, cook bacon until bacon just start changing color and you got enough dripping to cook the whole dish. 4. Transfer bacon to plate, set aside. 5. Add pepper to skillet, cook for several minutes on medium high heat. 6. Add mushroom into skillet, cook together with pepper. 7. Add bacon into skillet, also add seasoning to your taste. 8. Constantly stirring until the seasoning spread well, done.
