I don't like spaghetti, but I love Chinese noodle. So I started trying cooking noodle in spaghetti way.

 

Ingredients:

noodle, celery, bacon, onion, egg, grated cheese, seasoning.

 

Method:

Baked Noodle with Bacon and Celery1. Cut bacon into little pieces, chop celery and onion.

2. Cook celery in boiling water for two minutes, rinse with running water, drain. Set aside.

3. Heatup skillet, medium heat, cook bacon until light brown. Transfer to plate, set aside.

4. Meantime, Cook noodle in boiling water until done, rinse with cold water, drain.

Baked Noodle with Bacon and Celery5. Add onion to skillet, cook in drippings until tender.

6. Add celery and bacon into skillet, cook for a while, add seasoning to taste, then add ketchup.

7. Preheat oven to 400 degree.

8. Coat baking pan with no-stick spray.

Baked Noodle with Bacon and Celery9. Add noodle and an egg to pan, mix well.

10. Add bacon mixture to pan, mix well.

11. Sprinkle with grated cheese, bake for about 15 minutes.
