Meatball with Yellow Squash and Tofu
I have lots of yellow squash at home, meatball is what got to my mind to use more yellow squash.
Ingredients: ground pork, yellow squash, tofu, flour, seasoning.
Method: 1. Season ground pork with seasoning to taste. Because we'll add tofu and yellow squash later, so you need put enough seasoning to cover all of them. The seasoning I used was salt, black pepper, sugar, garlic powder, ginger powder, cooking wine, vinegar. 2. Shredd yellow squash, cook in boiling water for several minutes until tender. 3. Rinse yellow squash with running water, then sqweeze the moisture out, then chop. 4. Chop tofu into pieces, then cook in boiling water for severl minutes, then sqweeze to ground. 5. Add yellow squash and tofu into ground pork, mix well. 6. Add a little bit flour into pork mixture, mix well. 7. Heatup deep fryer. 8. Shape pork mixture into little balls, deep fry until meatballs get gold brown.
