This is a sweet snack, a very popular one in China. You can find it in bakery, groceries, even convenient stores. Everybody loves it, especially children.
Ingredients: 250g all-purpose flour, 37g vegetable oil, 37g sugar, 1 egg, some water.
1. Split flour half and half. 2. Mix half flour with vegetable oil, mix well. 3. Mix the other half flour with sugar, then add an egg, mix well. More sugar can be added to meet your taste. 4. Mix both dough together, add water if needed, let it sit for a while. 5. Cut dough into several pieces, roll each piece into a long strip. 6. Twist and shape each strip to whatever shape you want it to be. 7. Deep fry twisted dough into brown, put them on paper towel, let them cool a little bit. 8. Eat them.
