Stir Fried Ground Pork with Eggs
This dish was a suiprise. It looked so different from what I had in mind, and tasted a lot better than what I thought. I'll cook it again, that's for sure.
Ingredients: ground pork, egg, dried red pepper, green onion, seasoning.
1. Chop green onion into little pieces. 2. Cut dried pepper with scissors into little pieces. 3. Season pork, mix well. My favorite seasoning: cooking wine, vinegar, salt, sugar, sesame oil. 4. Add eggs to pork, blend well. 5. Heatup skillet, add oil, then add dried pepper, cook on medium low heat for 1-2 minutes. Transfer pepper to a plate, set aside. 6. Adjust heat to high, pour the pork mixture into skillet, constantly stirring until the mixture get firm. 7. Add green onion and dried pepper into skillet, cook until green onion get tender. 8. Remove from heat, transfer to plate, serve when hot.
