Turkey Roll Wrapped with Egg and LaverTurkey Roll

Wrapped with Egg and Laver

 

I've been wanted to cook roll like this for a while, just because I think it's pretty. Finally I got laver sheet back in stock in my kitcken, so here it is.

 

Ingredients:

ground turkey, eggs, laver sheets, corn starch, seasoning.

 

Method:

Turkey Roll Wrapped with Egg and Laver1. Season ground turkey to your taste, mix well.

2. Add some corn starch to turkey, mix well.

It don't have to be corn starch, can be any type of starch.

3. Beat eggs well, add a little bit cooking wine, mix well.

4. Heat up the frying pan, add a little bit of cooking oil, then adjust the heat to low.

5. Add some beaten egg to pan, shape it to a thin sheet, fry until golden brown. Set aside to let it cool.

Make as many as you need, but make sure you have some beanten egg left.

6. Cut egg sheet or laver sheet if needed to insure they're the same size.

7. Put turkey between two plastic wrap, roll it to same size as wrapping sheet.

8. Lay egg sheet down, brush beaten egg, then put laver sheet on top of it, now Turkey Roll Wrapped with Egg and Laverlay the turkey on top of laver.

Don't forget to take off the plastic wrap :)

9. Roll it from both end to center.

Try to roll it as tight as you can.

10. Put the roll in a container, steam for 10 - 15 minutes due to the size.

11. When roll's cooling a little bit, cut it into slices.
