There is an Indian restaurant close to my house, and one of my favorite dishes is deep fry vegetable leaves. I don't know which kind of leave they used, but cilantro is what I decided to use. Actually it turned out good, though you don't taste a lot of flavor of cilantro after deep frying.
Ingredients: flour, cilantro, egg, corn starch, seasoning to taste.
Method: 1. Clean and wash cilantro, drain well. 2. Cut cilantro into inch long. 3. Mix flour and corn starch. 4. Beat egg well, then mix with flour mixture and add some water to make a not-too-thick batter. 5. Heat deep fryer. 6. Mix cilantro and batter. 7. Drop a spoonful of cilantro into fryer, cook until cilantro's done. 8. Repeat until all cilantro's done.
