This is a very basic way to stir fry chives. Every time I bought Chinese chives, this dish would jump into my mind.
Ingredients: Chinese chives, eggs, seasoning.
Method: 1. Peel the outside leaves off chives, then wash with running water. 2. Chop chives into inch-length. 3. Mix a little bit cooking wine with egg, beat well. 4. Heatup the skillet, add some cooking oil, cook eggs until firm, transfer to plate. 5. Add oil to skillet again, cook chive until tender on medium heat. 6. Add cooked eggs back to skillet, stir well. 7. Add salt to your taste, mix well, transfer to plate. 8. Serve when hot.
