I don't like eating chicken breast, even though I know it's better and healthier, compare to other kind of meat. I bought a baked chicken, after the meal, I got 2 pieces of chicken breast left. Everytime I have to come up with something to cook and eat the chicken breast.
Ingredients: cooked chicken breast, celery, garlic, sesame seed, seasoning.
Method: 1. Tear the chicken breast into thin strips. 2. Cut celery into thin strips, simmer in boiling water for one minutes, then take them out, raise with running water, drain. 3. Mix chicken breast and celery together. 4. Mince garlic. 5. Heat up some cooking oil, fry garlic until golden brown, remove pan from heat. 6. Put some sesame seed in pan, then mix with any seasoning you like. I usally do vinegar, suagr and salt. 7. Mix the seasoning with chicken breast and celery, then serve.
