I'm not a cauliflower person, but every once a while, I'll cook this. Because this is one of my favorite way to cook cauliflower. The cauliflower taste so good after long-time-simmer.
Ingredients: flour, cauliflower, cream of chicken, seasoning.
Method: 1. Cut cauliflower into pieces. 2. Clean cauliflower and rinse with running water. 3. While cauliflower's still wet, sprinkle some flour, try to make sure every piece of cauliflower got some flour on it. 4. Heatup the skillet, add cooking oil, and add cauliflower to pan, cook several minutes. 5. Add cream of chicken into pan, then add a little bit water, mix well. 6. Add seasoning to taste. I normally use salt, pepper, and a little bit sugar, I added some dried basil this time. 7. Bring to boil on high heat, then simmer for 10-20 minutes. If you like cauliflower really tender, you can cook as long as 20 minutes or more. Otherwise, reduce time as you like.
