(腰果牛轧糖)
This is a very chewy candy, and not sweet (to some people, this is no sweet at all), but cashew brings up the flavor a lot. I know, I like it.
Ingredients: 170g marshmallow, 100g milk powder, 80g roasted cashew.
1. Chunk cashew into pieces, set aside. 2. Sprinkle some milk powder at the bottom of microable container, then pour the marshmallow on top. I used a glass pie pan. 3. Micorwave marshmallow for one minute on high heat. 4. Pour milk powder on top, then mix them well. If you want the candy to be sweeter, you might want to replace some milk powder with powdered sugar. It's hard to mix, I then decided to use my finger to mix them. Marshmallow will turn firm when cool, you can put it back into microwave, heat about 30 seconds. Repeat if needed. 5. Add cashew into mixture, mix well. 6. Roll the candy into a big piece, refrigerate for about 2 hours when cool. 7. Chunk the candy into pieces. I found out it's easier to cut before putting it into refrigerator.
