Bread Roll with Sausage and Herb

I love the cheese bread stick so much that I decided to bake it again. When I was preparing the ingredients, the sausage caught my eyes. Now I got some roll with sausage, and I think they taste better.

Ingredients:

all ingredients for cheese bread stick, sausage.

Method:

1. Follow all the steps in cheese bread stick, until step 9.

You can set a little bit herbs aside for topping later.

2. Chop sausage into inch-long strips.

You can peel the sausage first before you chop, if you like.

3. Cut the bread sheet into inch-long strips, too. Then cut one time in the middle the other way.

4. Put sausage strips on bread strips, then roll them up.

5. Set the roll aside for about 30 minutes.

6. Preheat oven to 400 degree.

7. Brush the roll with oil, then sprinkle with herbs.

8. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

9. Serve when warm.
