Baked Pita Chips with Italian Seasoning
I love pita chips more than potato chips, especially the baked ones.
Ingredients: 12 pita bread,2 tablespoon parmesan cheese powder,1 teaspoon italian seasoning,1/2 teaspoon black pepper,1/2 teaspoon salt,1/2 cup olive oil.
Method: 1. Cut each pita bread into 6-8 wedges, then tear the wedges apart to make pita chips single sided if pita bread is double sided. 2. Mix the rest of ingredients, brush on the non-finished side of each wedge. 3. Preheat oven to 400 degree. 4. Bake pita chips for about 7 minutes or until chips get golden brown. Chips will get burnt up really quick, so you might want to watch when time's getting close. 5. Transfer to wired rack to cool.
