Pancake with Bacon and Green Onion
This actually is like crepe, but it's salty. So I decide call it pancake instead crepe.
Ingredients: flour, egg, green onion, bacon, seasoning.
Method: 1. Chop green onion, mix with a little bit salt, set aside. 2. Chop bacon, cook on medium high, until bacon start turning brown. Remove from heat, let it cool a little bit. 3. Mix egg, green onion, bacon, add some seasoning to taste, mix well. You can add the dripping if you want. 4. Add flour, and water to make a thin batter. To get thin pancake, the batter has to be thin. If batter's thick, pancake will be thick. 5. Heatup skillet, add a little bit oil, set heat to medium high. 6. Pour some batter to skillet, just enough to cover the skillet thinly. 7. When batter's firm, flip over, Cook until pancake is lightly golden brown, then transfer to plate. 8. Repeat until all batter's done.
