I bought some wrap, but I don't know the name. On the package, it says "flat out". It's not the white type, but whole grain one. I don't really like the texture, so I decided to recook it. I really don't know the proper name for this type of food, so I'll keep calling them pancake.
Ingredients: wrap, egg, pork, green onion, seasoning.
Method: 1. Cut pork into thin strips, chop green onion. 2. Heatup skillet, add a little bit cooking oil, cook pork until the color change completely. Add cooking wine, vinegar and soybean oil, cook for one minute.
4. Cleanup the skillet, heatup again, add a little bit of cooking oil. 5. Put one pancake in skillet, heatup one side, turn over. 6. Add one egg on pancake, break the egg right on the pancake. 7. Sprinkle pork and green onion. 8. When egg's almost done, turn pancake over. 9. Wait until egg's completely done, fold it, then transfer to plate. 10. Repeat until all pancake's done.
