Wintergourd Roll with Ground Pork
Ingredients:
wintergourd, ground pork, green onion, seasoning.
Method:
1. Season pork to your taste, mix with a little bit corn starch, stir along one direction for several minutes, set aside.
2. Slice wintergourd into thin slices.
3. Roll some pork into two thick sticks, put on both ends of wintergourd, then roll to the middle.
4. Put wintergourd rolls into a deep plate, repeat until plate's full.
5. Steam about 15 minutes or until pork's fully cooked.
6. Pour all the juice in plate to a sauce pan, add water if needed, bring to boil.
7. Add seasoning to sauce pan if needed, then add corn starch to make thick gravy.
8. Chop green onion, then add to pan, cook for 1 minute, pour over wintergourd rolls.
9. Serve when they're hot.
