Mini Strawberry TartMini Strawberry Tart

 

Ingredients:

24 phyllo dough mini shells, 24 strawberries, 4oz brie cheese, some sweet pepper jelly.

1 mini muffin pan.

 

Method:

1. Defrost the mini shells, then shape them to fit the muffin pan.

2. Cut cheese into 24 slices, put on top of shells.

Don't cut through the whole strawberry, it's easier to shape.

4. Preheat oven to 400 degree.

5. Spoon a little bit pepper jelly on top of strawberry.

6. Bake for 15 minutes.

7. Serve when warm.
