Fruit Tart with CheeseFruit Tart with Cheese

 

Ingredients:

20 puff pastry sheets, enough melted butter to brush sheets, 3oz brie cheese, 1 mango, 2 kiwi, some cherries, several tablespoon jelly.

1 mini muffin pan.

 

Method:

1. Cut cheese into 24 little slices.

2. Peel mango and kiwi, chop into little pieces.

3. Cut cherries into half, and remove seeds.

4. Brush butter on each sheet, then put on top of another sheet.

Set 5 sheets together, make 4 sets total.

5. Cut each set of sheets into 6 pieces, shape then put in muffin pan.

6. Preheat oven to 400 degree.

7. Lay one slice of cheese on tart shell, then put fruit on top, top with a little bit jelly.

8. Bake for about 15 minutes.

9. Cool slightly.
