Rice with Pineapple and ShrimpRice with Pineapple and Shrimp

 

Ingredients:

cooked rice, pineapple, shrimp, egg, celery, carrot, grated cheese, seasoning.

Rice with Pineapple and Shrimp

Method:

1. Chop celery and carrot, then cook in boiling water until tender.

2. Lay pineapple down, cut at 1/4 from top, then dig the pineapple from the shell.

Rice with Pineapple and Shrimp3. Chop some of the pineapple. Set the rest of it aside.

4. Beat eggs ( I used two eggs.)

5. Clean shrimps, rinse with running water, then transfer to paper towel.

6. Heatup cooking oil in saute pan, cook eggs into little pieces, then add vegetables, then shrimp. Transfer to plate for future use.

Rice with Pineapple and Shrimp7. Heatup some cooking oil again, cook rice to hot, then add the vegetable mix to pan, add seasoning to taste.

8. Add pineapple to pan, stir evenly.

9. Preheat oven to 375 degree.

Rice with Pineapple and Shrimp10. Put cooked rice to pineapple shell, press firmly.

11. Sprinkle grated cheese.

If you don't like cheese, you can put the other part of the pineapple back to top.

12. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
