Ingredients:

rice, crab meat, egg, green onion, seasoning.

 

Method:

1. Soak rice with water for a while.

2. Pour water into boiling pan, bring to boil.

3. Add rice into pan, simmer until rice is done.

4. Beat egg well, then add to pan, stir when do this.

Don't forget to adjust the heat to high when doing this.

5. Add crab meat to pan, stir well.

6. Cut green onion into little pieces, then add to pan.

7. Add seasoning to taste.

I like light seasoning when cooking seafood, so I only added a little bit salt.

8. Turn off the heat, cover the pan, let it sit for several minutes.
