Crispy PeanutCrispy Peanut

 

Ingredients:

500g peanuts, 3 eggs, seasoning to taste.

Flour as needed (all-purpose flour, rice flour, sweet rice flour).

 

Method:

1. Mix peanuts and eggs, mix well.

2. Season peanuts to taste.

It's up to you. It can be salty, can be sweet, too.

3. Mix three different kind flour as 1:1:1, mix well.

If you only have all-purpose flour, you can try to mix some startch with it.

4. Mix peanuts with flour. Put samll amout flour in each time, add more flour if needed, until all the peanuts are coved by flour.

5. Prehead deep fryer to 350 degree.

6. Deep fry peanuts until brown. When peanut's done, put them on paper towel, let them cool.

7. Time to eat, enjoy!
