Fried Noodle Ball
Ingredients:
dried noodle, green onion, dried basil leaves, egg, flour, seasoning.
Method:
1. Cook dried noodle until done, rinse with running water, drain.
2. Chop green onion, mix with a little bit salt, set aside.
3. Mix noodle with green onion and basil.
4. Beat an egg, mix with noodle.
5. Sprinkle flour on top, mix well.
You don't have to do a lot of flour, just enough to make the noodle sticky.
6. Heatup the deep fryer.
7. Use fork to form several strips of noodle together, deep fry until golden brown.
8. Drain the noodle ball. Sprinkel salt and pepper when hot.
9. Sever when they are hot.
