Stir Fry Fried Tofu with Vegetable
Ingredients:
tofu, green bell pepper, carrot, onion, flour, seasoning.
Method:
1. Rinse tofu with water, then chop into big blocks, drain.
2. Peel carrot, slice into slices.
3. Tear bell pepper into small pieces.
4. Peel onion, chop into pieces.
5. Spoon some flour in a plate.
6. Heatup skillet, add cooking oil, medium high heat.
7. Lightly coat tofu with flour, put in pan, fry until at least lightly golden brown, transfer to plate, set aside.
8. Add more oil into skillet if necessary, cook onion until tender on medium high heat.
9. Add carrot and bell pepper into pan, constantly stirring for at least 2 minutes.
10. Add tofu back in pan, then add seasoning, mix well.
I used salt, sugar, vinegar and oyster sauce.
11. Mix 1/2 tsb corn startch with some water, pour into pan, constantly until mixture get thick.
12. Transfer to plate, serve when hot.
